Eclipse 설치 및 WAS 프로젝트 생성 방법
1. Eclipse 설치 주소 : https://www.eclipse.org/

2. 설치후 new -> Dynamic Web Project 생성
1) Dynamic Web Project 가 없을 경우
- 상단메뉴 Help-Install New Software 클릭
- work with 란의 오른쪽 아래 화살표를 누르고 http://download.eclipse.org/releases/2019-12 클릭
- Web, XML, JAVA EE and .... 해당 영역체크 후 넥스트 설치(시간 오래걸리며 이클립스 끄면 안됌)
3. Tomcat 9.0 실행시 나타나는 오류
"Starting Tomcat v9.0 Server at localhost has encountered a problem. The server cannot be started because one or more of the ports are invalid. Open the server editor and correct invalid ports"
1) 아래의 이미지의 Servers 클릭 - > Tomcat 9.0 Server at localhost 더블클릭
2) Tomccat amdin port 설정
